Social

"A healthy social life is found only when, in the mirror of each soul, the whole community finds its reflection, and when, in the whole community, the virtue of each one is living."
Rudolf Steiner

Community, Social, team work, group of people

Social cohesion is an important factor for resilient community development. It is the foundation upon which individuals and groups come together, form relationships, and build trust. Humans thrive best when they can commune with others and share their experiences. A well balanced community requires social skills to maintain cohesion, build trust and ensure successful cohesion. Examples of social skills required include Active Listening, Compassionate Communication, Strong Self-Awareness, Conflict Resolution, Decision Making and Emotional Intelligence. Through social cohesion, a resilient community can be developed and sustained.
